Layer after layer of protection to keep your valuables safe

Our purpose-built facility is equipped with bank vault grade security measures to ensure that customer belongings are safe in our care. We maintain a level of security that exceeds the US 5R National Insurance rating for bank vaults.

We have 24/7 electronic surveillance that is actively monitored remotely from an offsite location.

Dual-locking systems inside the vault are in place to ensure that only authorized persons can gain access to safe deposit boxes – to access your personal vault, you and one of our security guards must enter keys at the same time. The contents of your safe deposit box remain confidential through the use of an inner bond tin and private viewing rooms.

 

Purpose-built bank vault

The vault itself is constructed of steel-reinforced concrete, and the vault entrance is protected by a 6 tonne hardened steel door.

Secure underground car park with access to the vault foyer are available to safeguard your belongings and privacy when transporting goods to and from our vaults.

Protection of your valuables doesn’t end here. Security Deposit Vaults employs a number of other state-of-the-art security measures, but these must remain confidential (even from our customers) to ensure complete protection of the facility. It is important to note that we also own the land and building that our facility is situated on, so there is no risk of lease terms or landlord conflict interfering with the service that we offer.
